witnessed: Jason Gillette who is
not only competent, but polite,
clean, and very well spoken.
Sooner or later, I will need to
replace my unit. Rest assured,

and facility manager and know good
work when I see it. I know good
service when I "feel it."

Dear Mr.Valerio,
I wanted to take a few moments to write your company a little letter to tell you how impressed and delighted I was with how polite and professional your technicians treated me. We had a complete new system installed by custom climate control we were very disappointed with the attitudes the lack of professionalism by the service department. After buying a service contract and every time they came out to service our unit they would find something to charge me for that should have been part of the original install.
The last straw was when after four 1/2 year the service manager told my wife we needed a new condenser and wanted to sell us another unit for $3,000. I could not believe I was hearing this. I wanted another opinion and you installed a new system for my mother and she told me you were professional and a straight shooter and to give you a call. I am glad I did after your technicians told me that we did not need a new condenser. You have a new customer.

After having 2 other
companies come out & try to
'repair' our a/c system (at a cost
of over $400.00), we were lucky
enough to have found Dave Valerio.
He is undoubtably one of the most
conscientious workers I've ever
come across. He & his employees
show great care & attention

When we realized we needed a totally
new a/c system, he gave us a very,
very fair price & 'rigged'
(MacGuyver-like) our old system
to keep it going until the new
system was installed. At 10pm one
evening, the old system stopped

over. The installation of the new
system went like clock-work. He & his
