Recently I moved into my home here in Seminole Heights (Tampa). The existing AC system was not the appropriate size to cool my home. After doing much research and reading reviews on local AC companies I decided to go with Dave Valerio Heating and AC, and I am very glad that I did! I am quite impressed with Thylden, one of the AC technicians. He is very well informed and knows a lot about heating and cooling.
He spent a lot of time discussing what my options were and helped me to make an informed decision. The end result is that I have a wonderful new AC system that is keeping us comfortable! The work was done in a very neat and efficient manner. I will add that the cost of this new system was very reasonable. Both Thylden and Jason worked hard and were always polite and professional. I would highly recommend Dave Valerio Heating and Cooling to anyone, thanks again!

Here's a few of the pictures from the installation that the guys did on my apartment. The first two are the old unit and the last are after they let my friends do the overhaul to the utility area and got the new unit in place. I've got more pictures that show just how ugly the old unit was!! The mold and dirt that was in that thing was amazing!! I'm glad that piece of crap is out of here.
My next door neighbor is in the process of moving and I may be making arrangements to help my landlord change out the unit there very soon. It's just as old as the one that came out of here so it's going to be another nasty job and also require that he and a friend of mine go in there and redo the room before the new unit goes in. Pretty much a rerun of what happened here. I'll let you know when it will be done.
I got my first electric bill since my unit was installed. It's gone from almost $400.00 a month to $175.00 now!! What a difference an efficient A/C unit can make. I'm a happy camper!
I'll call the office soon to make arrangements for the apartment next door. Be well and take care of yourself.

I had an a/c problem at 6pm when i got home from work, I called Dave to schedule something for the next day and their tech actually came out that evening [ in tampa, no less]. Not only did he fix the problem he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I was amazed by how knowledgable and polite they were. Without question I will recomend them to anyone that needs any HVAC work. Thank you so much, guys!

I was out of town and my girlfriend had an air conditioning problem at her townhouse, it was 79 and rising. I called Dave?s office and arranged for Dave to come by the next morning and check it out. Dave called her at 9am, came by and fixed the problem. Great service and wonderful people to work with I would recommend Dave to anyone that wants great service at a good price.

I called up Dave Valerio Heating & A/C and was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the exemplary customer service! Dave and his staff are the most knowledgeable and courteous A/C company I have ever dealt with.
Dave is a wonderful, caring person and loves what he does. He takes the time to explain the situation in terms easy to understand, and he DOES NOT use any pressure tactics. What can I say, great quality work from a man who is totally honest and stands behind his work. Plus, the price I rec'd was shockingly low compared to what I paid my previous comany in one vist! Dave ended up correcting what they previous did anyway. Amazing! So do yourself a favor and give them a call NOW! You have found THE BEST and needn't look any further!! I will use no one else.

I read the reviews on this site before hiring this company to replace our system. I'm glad I did. Very competent, courteous, and reliable. Very happy with our system, and Dave's employees are top-notch.

Very fast, prompt (early in fact), took a look at our unit and said it should be fine for another year or two, as long as we're not replacing things all the time. Fixed a couple things, will be coming back to finalize some minor repair work. Nice, courteous, fast. Would recommend to everyone.

After we had three other companies come look at our ac system with repair cost of over $1100.00, We called dive Valerio AC. NOT ONLY WERE THEY PROMPT AND VERY PROFESIONAL, THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM OTHERS COULD NOT. AT A COST OF $175.00 THEY PULLED AND CLEANED OUR AC COIL ,AND OUR AC WORKS LIKE NEW. LOOK NO FURTER THIS COMPANY KNOWS THERE STUFF. AND THEY SHOW YOU WHATS WRONG IN GREAT DETAIL. NICE TO KNOW THER STILL IS REPUTABLE COMPAIES OUT THERE.

Where do i start....very reliable and quality work. Wasn't the lowest bid i got but i liked how they where very knowledgeable in how my house should be ducted...every a/c and heat contractor should be as good as them.

Highly recommended! Here within an hour. Excellent customer service. Repairmen and call center receptionist were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely do business with this company again. Wow! I called Dave at 9am on a Sunday, he returned my call in moments and was out here to fix my A/C within the hour! He was VERY professional and didn't even charge any extra fees for repairs done on a weekend! I will ALWAYS call Dave! He FAR exceeded my expectations!

Dave was very honest and very well educated in his field of air conditioning and heating he has answered some concerns I had about my unit, and also fixed the problem I had. This may have have also been the problem causing me money each year, He had also fixed some things others had over look during maintenance each year and gave me advice on filters and proper ones. This is what I would call a very satisfied customer.
Thank You Dave for knowing there are companies that still care about a satisfied customer. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I wanted to take a few moments to write your company a little letter to tell you how impressed and delighted I was with how polite and professional your technicians treated me. We had a complete new system installed by custom climate control we were very disappointed with the attitudes the lack of professionalism by the service department. After buying a service contract and every time they came out to service our unit they would find something to charge me for that should have been part of the original install.
The last straw was when after four 1/2 year the service manager told my wife we needed a new condenser and wanted to sell us another unit for $3,000. I could not believe I was hearing this. I wanted another opinion and you installed a new system for my mother and she told me you were professional and a straight shooter and to give you a call. I am glad I did after your technicians told me that we did not need a new condenser. You have a new customer.
